UX/UI Designer

Readymode is seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our digital products and platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define design requirements, and create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, user needs, and business requirements.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
  • Develop user flows, information architecture, and interaction models that optimize the user experience.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and evolving project requirements.
  • Maintain design consistency and quality across all digital platforms and devices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative thinking.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
