What if you could personally impact the future of healthcare? As part of the PocketHealth team, you will enable hospitals and clinics across North America — and more importantly, empower over a million patients — to discover a better healthcare experience.

PocketHealth is a patient-centric platform that enables hospitals and clinics across North America to share imaging records digitally with patients, instantly and securely. Through our platform, we enable patients to be active and engaged participants in their own care, and take control of their care journey. In addition to image sharing, which is the heart of the PocketHealth platform, we’ve grown our core functionality to enable sharing between hospitals and physicians, as well as instant image retrieval and automated importing capability. PocketHealth is a unified image management solution for over 600 hospitals and clinics across North America. We believe that by placing patients at the center of the record release process, data moves more ethically, easily and securely throughout the care journey, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to help make this vision a reality for millions more patients across North America.

Reporting directly to the Head of Brand Marketing, you'll be joining a world-class team of collaborative, creative, growth-focused marketers who are driving value across our business. In order to be successful, you’ll need to be a team player who collaborates with the Marketing team to bring consistent, high-quality creative to each new project, translating your vision into multiple mediums. You are an efficient multi-tasker who is detail-oriented, organized and focused on timelines. You have invested the time and effort in becoming an expert in your craft, with a passion for print and digital media, typography, illustration, composition and branding.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop design and video concepts and executions for various projects, such as product launches, marketing campaigns, corporate materials and internal initiatives
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to design digital and print assets and edit videos for creative campaigns spanning multiple channels, mediums, events and audiences (patients, healthcare providers and employees)
  • Design and oversee the technical production needs for corporate and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency throughout
  • Manage digital assets and implement style guidelines for digital, print and other formats, ensuring version control and proper licensing
  • Liaise with internal clients, act as a representative of the Marketing team when working with other departments
  • Independently coordinate intake of incoming project requests, develop creative that delivers on briefs and participate in project management to ensure that deadlines are met

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital, print and other design and video editing in an in-house creative department or creative agency
  • Degree or diploma in graphic design, video editing, fine arts or related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling and brand aligned design and video from creative briefs
  • Strong command of visual design, including composition, layout information hierarchy, typography and colour

Your Approach:

  • Collaborative team player; comfortable with managing a large volume of work and tight deadlines
  • Strong presentation skills; able to convey design rationale to the larger team and open to feedback

Capabilities:

  • Advanced technical proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Video editing and enhancement skills
  • Proven ability to design, develop and maintain technical documents for multiple mediums, such as digital, video, print, social platforms, etc.
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS and mobile/responsive web design; strong adherence to web standards considered an asset

You can do amazing things at PocketHealth. You can positively impact the healthcare journey for millions of people, while building your career and developing your skills. It doesn’t have to be one or the other. It has been a part of our mission since our founding to empower patients & make healthcare accessible to all, and we know this can only be achieved with a team of diverse perspectives that is representative of the Patient & Provider communities we serve.

PocketPHolk love working here for these reasons and more; working remotely, our competitive salaries and benefits (stock options too!), four weeks of paid time off, unlimited wellness days, extended mental health coverage and beyond - it’s important to us that our PocketPHolk are taken care of in the same way we take care of our Patients & Providers.

If there are ways we can support you through the recruitment process with an accommodation, please let us know by reaching out to DEI@pocket.health. Applications are accepted via posting only.
