Seo
- Assist with the monthly technical audit implementations
- Updating meta tags for new and existing pages
- Own Google My Business, and update quarterly with current photos and news, and respond to reviews weekly.
- Assist with orphaned pages and auditing unused pages
- Assist with Topstep.tv & Youtube SEO
CMS (topstep.com / Topstep.tv / Partners Site)
- Updating the company’s team page for new hires
- Conduct weekly backups and plugin updates
- Assist with design changes, such as updating content and maintaining the brand
- Quarterly Audits for outdated pages/content, updating graphics, and improvements
- Assist with competitor research for our websites
- Assist with landing page creation
- Assist with updating our preferred platform status page
Analytics
- Monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis for all web properties from Google Analytics and GA4Quarterly email reports and analysis on how to improve
Other Tasks
- General UX/UI design tasks as needed
The Ideal Candidate
- This is an entry-level position
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A strong knowledge of how websites are built and how to maintain them
- Experience working with in-house creative teams
- Complimentary majors/previous work: Graphic Design, Marketing, Web Design, Public Relations
- A design or content portfolio is required
- Bonus: If the candidate has experience working with HTML & CSS code
- Bonus: Background or experience in writing marketing copy
Programs
- Beginner to intermediate knowledge of both Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Beginner knowledge of SEO products, preferably Yoast
- Beginner knowledge of Google Analytics and GA4
- Familiar with project management tools such as Monday.com
- Very familiar with using Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably WordPress
