Rhythm is currently looking for a part-time intern to join our creative team. This opportunity is ideal for rising college seniors, recent grads, and career changers who are looking for hands-on experience.

Our designers are imaginative, organized, skillful, resourceful, and collaborative. They create beautiful systematic design, and collaborate with all departments to deliver smart and forward-thinking design solutions. A thick portfolio is definitely not necessary; we value an open mind and a desire to learn rather than a mile-long resume.

ELIGIBILITY

• You can be entering your senior year of undergraduate studies, a recent graduate, master's student, career changer, or reentering the workforce after taking some time off
• You must be currently based in the U.S with work eligibility
• Availability to work up to 20 hours per week
• Must have experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Collaborate closely with design leads and designers to ensure all work aligns with design specifications and project goals
• Create responsive design breakpoints to ensure websites and applications perform optimally across various devices and screen sizes
• Translate existing design concepts into new contexts
• Create and maintain style guides to ensure consistent experiences
• Participate in design brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to team projects
• Assist in user interface design, developing mockups and prototypes
• Learn from feedback and critiques to develop your design skills under the guidance of experienced professionals
