Responsibilities:
1. Craft purposeful, captivating, and strategically aligned graphic designs and visual content for both print and digital mediums across all divisions, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.

2. Uphold the integrity of brand identity by meticulously maintaining brand standards across all creative executions and serving as the guardian of brand guidelines.

3. Harness the power of Adobe CC and AI software to design visually stunning layouts, images, videos, and animations, elevating the impact of marketing endeavors and brand narrative initiatives.

4. Offer a fresh perspective and strategic insight to effectively engage and influence the target audience, actively contributing innovative ideas and solutions during collaborative brainstorming sessions.

5. Conceptualize, design, and execute content for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, infographics, product videos, and other visual assets.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a diverse spectrum of design assets, spanning from advertisements and catalogs to social media campaigns and web graphics.

7. Contribute to project team success with on-time completion of tasks and ensuring seamless communication of task and updates across the team.

8. Innovate and craft compelling promotional content, including dynamic short-form videos, tailored for dissemination across multiple social media platforms and websites, optimizing graphics and video elements for maximum impact.

9. Take the lead on photo and video projects from concept to delivery, overseeing storyboard creation, design, capture, and post-production processes.

10. Design visually striking graphics, illustrations, and creative assets tailored for web, social media, and digital platforms, simplifying the communication of complex concepts through engaging infographics and presentation materials.

11. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless production, editing, and deployment of video and photo content, providing invaluable support to print and digital advertising initiatives.

12. Oversee and organize a library of print and digital assets, facilitating requests from internal teams, strategic partners, and customers, and maintaining the print literature library to streamline the creation, production, and fulfillment process.

13. Maintain and continually improve the organization's websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards across all divisions. This includes updating content, images, and other multimedia elements as needed, performing regular audits for functionality and responsiveness, and implementing necessary improvements to enhance the overall user experience.

14. Interface with various departments to gather valuable input and ensure alignment with campaign objectives and messaging, offering insights and recommendations to enhance communication strategies.

15. Create compelling multi-media content, including video testimonials, KOL interviews, product demonstrations, and walkthroughs, to amplify brand presence across print and digital platforms, supporting branding campaigns, product profiles, and announcements.

16. Develop and coordinate comprehensive trade show marketing materials, ranging from product literature and promotional flyers to banners and sales peripherals, enhancing brand visibility and fostering engagement at industry events.

17. All other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising art, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

At least 1-2 years of graphic design experience. Relevant job experience in lieu of degree will be considered.

1-2 years of branding, marketing, advertising, public relations or communications experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
