UX/ Product Designer

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing user-centered products from concept to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create engaging and effective user experiences.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and participate in all phases of the design process, including research, conceptual design, prototyping, detailed design, usability testing, and implementation.

· Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

· Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

· Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize the product experience, ensuring it meets the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.

· Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines tailored to healthcare applications.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, particularly those relevant to healthcare.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

· Proven experience as a UX/Product Designer or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or IT industry.

· Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design skills with a focus on user-centered design solutions for healthcare applications.

· Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,170.25 - $65,237.30 per year
