Job Summary:

As a UX Intern at Rocket55, you will gain hands-on experience in user experience research and design. You will work closely with our UX Strategist and other team members to conduct user research and create intuitive and engaging experiences. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a real-world setting and contribute to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Assist in preparing and presenting research and design findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Requirements

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, etc.).
• Portfolio showcasing your end-to-end UX work, including research, design, and problem-solving skills (you will not be considered if you do not have a portfolio of work).
• Strong understanding of UX research and design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting usability testing, surveys, interviews, and user observation.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for user-centered design and a willingness to learn.
