Role:We are looking for a UX Designer responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly design solutions for our diverse range of products and services. In this role, you will work collaboratively with developers and other stakeholders to understand and translate user needs into design elements that enhance user interaction and satisfaction. Furthermore, your position will lie at the intersection of user experience design and brand strategy, involving the crafting and implementation of our brand identity across multiple touchpointsChrono Innovation is looking for a UX Designer to:‍

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and emotions and translate these insights into compelling design solutions.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Create style guides, design systems, and other design documents to guide our design and development efforts.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Present and defend your design decisions to peers and executive-level stakeholders based on your design thinking and fundamental principles.
• Develop, manage, and evolve our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure our brand and products resonate with our customers and align with our business goals.

Qualifications:‍

• Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating past work and process.
• Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools such as Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, InVision, etc.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• Excellent communication skills – you should be able to articulate your design decisions clearly and convincingly.
• Strong visual design skills with a good understanding of user-system interaction.
