Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative UI Designer with at least two years of experience to join our team on a part-time or freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces for web and e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with our development and marketing teams to create engaging and user-friendly designs that enhance the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and e-commerce solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to define and implement innovative UI solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Provide design support and expertise throughout the development lifecycle, from concept to final implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Experience designing for web and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design concepts effectively.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
