• Degree or Diploma in UX/UI Design or similar
• 1+ years of experience in a full time, co-op, internship or similar capacity
• Proficient in Figma
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work closely and effectively with Project Managers, Developers, QA, and the rest of the Product team
• Demonstrated ability to maintain design consistency and enforce design standards
• Keen eye for identifying design needs and opportunities for improvement
• Commitment to staying updated on design patterns and user expectations

Bonus Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator and Photoshop
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS

Job summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive experience of our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces. This role is in its infancy at our organization. You’ll have the opportunity to shape many of the visual and interactive experiences of our digital products.
