As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with the product team, developers and other key stakeholders to present UI/UX design solutions based on data driven metrics and user research. Your day-to-day:
• Perform user research to better understand our users, their behaviour, goals, motivations and needs
• Collaborate with management, product and engineering to develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy and process.
• Produce high-quality UI/UX on-brand design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Ongoing analysis of current competitors
• Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and standards
Recipe for Success:
At the very least, you’ll need:
• To be eligible to work in Canada and work on site.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 1-3 years' experience UI/UX design experience for digital products
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for web applications
You are ahead of the curve, if you have:
• Experience working with project management tools such as Jira
• A portfolio of UI/UX design work for mobile applications
• An understanding of the real estate industry and its various stakeholders
