Job Summary: Beavr Design is disrupting the traditional design process with our innovative, subscription-based model. Located in the vibrant heart of downtown Toronto with a promising future in San Francisco, we seek a dedicated and creative Product Designer to join our team. This role offers the chance to manage client design requests directly, delivering significant impacts and enhancing client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete design request fulfillment process, from initial concept to final delivery.
- Engage closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative, timely solutions.
- Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple design projects within the timelines specified in our subscription plans.
- Maintain ongoing communication with client teams through ClickUp to manage requests and revisions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Head of Design to align on design strategies and client deliverables.
- Participate in weekly strategy calls to align expectations and clarify project deliverables.
Skill Requirements:
- Proven experience in product design, with proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other design tools.
- Exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and adept at client interactions.
- Educational background or practical experience in UI/UX design.
