As a Product Designer Intern, you will work closely with our Product Design team, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to make an impact through the entire lifecycle of designing and shipping features. Contribute to our design system, author documentation, conduct user research, share your findings, and contribute to Vagaro.
**This opportunity requires full onsite availability in Pleasanton, Ca.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Product Design team to design and improve our software products
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that illustrate design concepts and solutions
• Contribute to our design system to help us deliver a consistent user experience across products
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights
• Maintain design documentation and ensure consistency across products
Qualifications:
• You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or a bootcamp certification in Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study.
• Graduating 2024/2025.
• You currently have a valid work authorization to work in the country in which this role is based that will extend from June to August 2024.
• You have an online portfolio or PDF that showcases design work and projects you have worked on.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• You are committed to honing your design instinct through feedback, whether it's through hands-on research or by designing multiple iterations. Your dedication to improving your craft is what we value.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
