We are seeking creative and innovative students with a passion for Product Design to join us for an immersive fully remote internship experience. You will collaborate with our talented team and work on projects that shape the future of technology.
Internship Details:
Duration: 12 weeks (May-August 2024)
Location: Remote (Work from anywhere within the continental US)
Eligibility: US students
Compensation: $25.00/hr
What You’ll Do::
- Conduct agile research to gain a deep understanding of the problem space and insight into user needs through both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Uncover insights and validate designs through your research efforts.
- Produce high-quality designs with well-articulated rationales based on understanding the problems you are working to solve.
- Find opportunities to simplify complexity and build self-service workflows.
- Help maintain focus on the end-user, ensuring designs provide real value in an intuitive way.
- Be an engaging member of a cross-functional product team that consistently delivers value to our clients.
- Seek out and accept feedback from your peers and collaborators while providing thoughtful feedback to your team.
- Collaborate with the design team to support and uphold a shared design system.
- Work with engineers to ensure the implementation delivers the intended experience

Requirements
What We’re Looking For: :
- Must be currently enrolled in a university located in the US
- Available to intern full-time for 12 weeks
- Working towards a degree in human-centered design or a related field .
- Experience with Figma, our preferred design tool.
- A portfolio showcasing proven user research practices and user-centered designs that are usable, useful, and delightful.
- Solid understanding of user interface design patterns and standard methodologies for enterprise web applications.
- Knowledgeable of visual design fundamentals such as typography and color theory.
- Has phenomenal attention to detail, with a keen eye for consistency.
- Not required, but a bonus: experience working in the field of Product Design, Interaction Design, and/or UX Design.
- Not required, but a bonus: experience or interest in voice user interfaces, e-commerce, UI illustration, social platforms & mechanics, artificial intelligence, personalized feed algorithms, front-end development, data science, machine learning, education, or gamification.
Salary Description
$25.00 / per hour
