Job Description:
As a Product Design Intern, you will work at the intersection of design, technology, and user experience to integrate the Talent Passport application into META's ecosystem. This role is perfect for a creative and tech-savvy individual who is passionate about designing user-centered solutions that bridge the gap between our innovative application and widely used social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to design seamless integration solutions for the Talent Passport application with META products (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and preferences regarding digital identity management and professional networking across social platforms.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with both Lillup’s and META's design standards and user experience guidelines.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and provide design support throughout the integration process.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss design strategies, integration challenges, and potential impacts on user experience.
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating user feedback post-integration to iterate and improve the design and functionality.
• Help document the design process, decisions, and integration guidelines for future reference and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in digital product design, user research, and prototyping.
• Interest in or experience with designing for social media platforms and understanding of their design systems and APIs is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Self-motivated learner with a passion for user-centered design and technology innovation.
