As a Product Designer at Genos, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across our portfolio companies ranging from CPG products to digital assets such as Cryptocurrency. From designing the user interface for a new cryptocurrency trading platform to creating the branding and marketing materials for our startup portfolio companies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform complex problems into elegant solutions. As a Product Designer at Genos, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing products that meet the needs of our users.
User Research
- Conduct user research to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Utilize insights to inform design decisions and improve user experiences
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define research goals and methodologies
Design Solutions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
- Ensure designs are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with Genos' brand identity
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and usability testing results
Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to continuously improve designs
- Communicate design rationale and decisions effectively to cross-functional teams
Usability Testing
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather user feedback and iterate on designs
- Analyze test results and make data-driven design improvements to enhance the user experience
- Synthesize insights and present findings to the team
Design Systems
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Genos' design system
- Ensure consistency and scalability of the design system across all products
- Advocate for design system adoption and provide training to designers and engineers
Innovation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies in product design
- Bring fresh ideas and innovative design solutions to the team
- Experiment with new approaches and share learnings with the broader design community
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
