Internship Summary
Helping Texans is the H-E-B Way. Spend 10 weeks with us exploring the retail industry as an H-E-B Digital Intern. Program dates will be from May 22nd – July 26th . Interns will be required to be In Person out of our San Antonio, Austin or Dallas offices. Housing will be available for qualified candidates.

- Are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program
Design & Development
- Assist in developing products that ensure a compelling digital experience for our retail Customers or help arm H-E-B Partners company-wide with world-class business applications to thrive in their jobs
- Collaborate with business customers to cultivate an intimate understanding of their needs and technology
- Assist in driving the entire technology project lifecycle to make our digital tools work, whether they’re for Customers in our Stores or in workplaces across the Company
Program Expectations
- Must have reliable transportation or be open to using public transportation
- Must be available for the entire 10 weeks
- The availability to commit to full-time work in-person for the duration of the Internship, and work a varying work schedule, if required
