About This Role

Forrester is looking for an analytical and creative Digital Experience & Design Intern.  This internship will provide broad exposure to the functions required to create customer-obsessed digital experiences and is ideal for candidates interested in digital design, metrics and analytics, and content strategy.  This role will be a part of Forrester’s summer intern program which will include dedicated events and learnings to support professional development. This role will be based in Forrester’s Cambridge, MA office.

Job Description:

• Conduct market reviews to understand how our clients consume similar content from other providers.
• Assist in the development and execution of client research and studies.
• Understand and contribute to Forrester’s design system, including designing wireframes and pages.
• Understand and develop simple in-app messaging using our 3rd party tool Pendo.
• Understand and develop a metrics dashboard using our 3rd party tool Quantum Metrics.

Job Requirements:

• Coursework in areas of Design Thinking/Human-Centered Design, UX/UI, Psychology, Anthropology, or Information.  Programming experience is a plus.
• Curiosity on human motivation and experiences.
• Interest in solving client problems using design and data.
• Willingness to jump and learn new tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

The base salary range listed here is inclusive of all potential US geographies:

$20.00/hour
