We are actively accepting applications for a Designer to join our creative services team.  In this role, you’ll focus on the implementation of design solutions that meet the strategic goals of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Design Lead and Senior Designers to deliver high quality website and product designs to partners.
  • Support Senior Designers’ workflow by assisting with asset management & client revisions.
  • Work with Project Managers to uphold client relations throughout the design process with effective communication.
  • Prepare sites for development and work with Front-End Developers to ensure the integrity of designs are upheld in integration.
  • Maintain and advance brand integrity through marketing materials.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related fields
  • 1+ years of Creative Experience (preferably design for web with a strong focus on usability and user experience)
  • Must have the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Must have the ability to think through creative problems and solve them
  • Proven experience in design workflow
  • Understanding of Google Cloud Applications and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work with diverse groups and strong commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

We’ll be extra impressed if you have

  • Working knowledge and/or rudimentary understanding of front-end web development languages such as HTML and CSS (Please note that this is not a front-end development position)
  • Experience designing and prototyping in design tools, such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Experience designing for ADA compliance
  • Understanding of designing with/for a design system

Pay Transparency:

The approximate base pay range for this position is $60,000-$65,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.  Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
