Our Design Intern
Will have the unique opportunity to contribute to real projects and make a meaningful impact. This internship is designed for individuals passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to immerse themselves in a collaborative and dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Research the current market space.
- Provide initial concepts for campaigns and content
- Contributed to design initiatives across web, product, print
- Collaborate with various teams and partners to understand opportunities for creative
- Responsible for launching an integrated marketing campaign
- Establish a testing framework
- Responsible for supporting the launch of net new digital content
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design or a related field. Undergraduate junior, senior, or graduate student standing.
- Technical capabilities in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google Slides
- Experience delivering digital marketing campaigns for brands or products
- Understanding of the various marketing channels and their associated content
- Familiarity with the latest design trends, tech, and tools. Committed to continuous learning and improvement
- Strong portfolio of digital and web design work, demonstrating a keen understanding of design best practices
- Strong communicator, able to receive and deliver constructive feedback.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and ask questions
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated passion for clean technology, sustainability, and the EV revolution
Job Title and Compensation:
- The hourly rate for this position is between $25.00 and $32.00
- Actual hourly rate are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
- This is an entry-level internship position, and no prior professional experience is required. However, candidates with previous marketing experience or related coursework will be given preference.
