Your role as a Content Designer

We’re looking for someone with experience in UX writing or content design. This is not a marketing role! You'll be joining our growing product design team. In this role, you'll work with product designers and other writers to help build a great product. If you're a strong writer and editor, and you love to collaborate, this is the job for you.

What you'll be doing:

• Plan and create content for product experiences and flows.
• Develop, implement and maintain content standards across the product.
• Contribute to the user experience of the product by crafting copy to fit the product needs (product copy, instructional text, microcopy, UI labels, error messages, etc.).
• Edit and proof interface copy contributions by other team members.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, developers, and other stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

• 1-3 years of experience working in content strategy, UX writing, or content design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous writing/editing skills and a hands-on attitude.
• Ability to comprehend complex systems and transform a technical concept into everyday language.  
• Ability to collaborate across functional teams and departments.
• A team-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on culture, collaboration, and inclusiveness.
