Summary:
Looking to hire - A Web Designer, or Senior Web Designer to work on front end side of designing a website. Responsible for visual elements for use online, reflecting a company's branding and design aesthetic. Great understanding of user experience. Create layouts for full websites, marketing landing pages, understand e-commerce, and proficient in WordPress. Html is a plus.
What you will be doing:
- Ability to take direction from the Account Manager, Creative Director, and Project manager and execute print and web designs that strongly communicate the client's brand and goals.
- Ability to execute designs in a timely fashion that meets the required specification for the job.
- Ability to carefully review work to ensure it is as accurate as possible before handing it off to the project manager for review prior to client delivery.
- Assure deadlines are met on all projects.
- Provide design and production support for existing web sites we manage along with updates.
- Source images in support of online creative
- Understand the creative and marketing objectives for each project assigned.
- Work with the digital team to extend and optimize Web functionality, site architecture, user interface, and navigation.
- Produce, optimize, and output final Web-ready digital artwork in support of site updates
- Maintain absolute accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process
- Must have A flexible approach and a willingness to accept feedback and incorporate it into their designs.
- Strong design fundamentals (type, image, color)
- Knowledge of wordpress and html 5
- Photoshop skills
- Understanding of email programs such as constant contact, mail chimp and omni send
- Working understanding of Web best practices
- Discerning eye for photo editing, cropping, and compositing

Experience you will need:
- Graphic design or social media internship experience a plus
- Proven talent in graphic and interactive design
- Complete mastery of advanced Photoshop, with strong photo compositing skills
- Retail/fashion design and/or e-commerce experience a plus
- Proficiency in web optimization. HTML/CSS knowledge a plus
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, WordPress
- Working knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator
- Web experience a plus but not a deal breaker
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
