As a UX Designer, you will support our effort to streamline our software design strategy and process all while exuding curiosity, diplomacy, and dependability.  It will be important for this person to showcase their ability to listen, catch on fast, and reduce complexity.  The position is based out of our Bonita Springs office and reports to the Head of Product Design based in Austin.

What You’ll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives

-In your first 6 months, you will identify at least one broken feature or product flow and present at least one possible solution to correct it.

-In your first 12 months, you will identify and conduct at least one research project that directly contributes to a feature improvement.

-On an ongoing basis, you will drive and document design alignment with both Product Management and Engineering on design deliverables.

Process improvement.  You will be working in an environment that is evolving toward a Product-led, Agile workflow.  You will need to work towards design system standardization, building Taxonomy/Information Architecture, and wireframing; all in an environment where we are still moving towards an Agile process.

Collaborative: You have empathy for your colleagues and customers. You demonstrate and influence cross-functional collaboration within the company and seek out opportunities to build relationships with others, especially in product-related functions, and can drive initiatives forward, even when difficult personalities or politics stood in the way.
