Design Intern

The Design Intern will have the opportunity to work with and support various groups within the Marketing Team including Demand Generation, Operations, Analytics, and Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Research, secure, and culminate additional information to support data for sales campaigns
• Perform data quality assurance and data stewardship tasks to ensure harmonization of data across multiple systems
• Track campaign development, management, and reporting across marketing engagement and CRM tools
• Assist in the preparation of emails in Pardot, our marketing automation platform, including laying content out in templates, reviewing, and testing
• Support ongoing content management in various marketing tools and oversee client welcome kits
• Support Project Management Team in maintaining accuracy of tasks, projects and campaigns within our project management tool, CoSchedule
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently/recently enrolled in a degree program focused on Marketing
• Ability to conceive, manage, and prioritize multiple projects and support of number of constituencies simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work proactively and effectively within a fast paced, complex and dynamic environment
• High level of self-direction, self-motivation and energy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with MS Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to learn technology tools

Salary Range:

$13.37 - $18.27
