Works closely with an existing team of highly motivated UX Designers, User Experience Researchers and Visual Designers to build the user experiences by connecting closely with functional leads in a dynamic, agile environment. Works hands-on in all aspects of user experience developments including: collecting and understanding business & user needs, crafting information architecture diagrams, building out detailed annotated wireframes, high/low fidelity prototypes and a wide range of strategic UX work.
Reports to a Lead User Experience Designer, Senior User Experience Designer, Principal User Experience Designer, or the Director in a UI/UX/UX organization within a Business, AXP Staff Group, or AET Shared Services team
Typically co-located with the Product Management team / Product Manager
